DIET AND NUTRITION
Diet and nutrition are essential elements of a successful health and fitness programme. Following a diet plan from Milan will provide you with specific dietary needs as they relate to your fitness goals. Your diet plan will incorporate nutrition and fitness goals through food, beverages and supplements. He will make sure you will always maintain control by developing specific diet plans for those more unusual occasions – holiday, city break, dinner party or long haul trip. Milan’s years of experience competing in top national and international events has given him deep knowledge, know-how and capability to help you compete against the best in the country. Just like 1 on 1 coaching programs, contest prep will be tailored to the individual. He knows how to best prepare you for the look your category requires and more important he knows what the judges will be looking for. He prepares athletes naturally which is to say using supplements that can be purchased from any health food shop.
